Welcome to Stark Thrives! By participating in our 9×12 Shared Postcard Marketing Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Program Overview
    Stark Thrives provides businesses with affordable advertising space on a professionally designed 9×12-inch postcard, mailed to targeted households within Stark County, Ohio. This is a cooperative advertising program that includes multiple non-competing businesses per postcard.
  1. Eligibility
    Participation is open to local businesses, organizations, and service providers that meet the following conditions:

    Business is in good standing and operates legally in the United States.
    Product or service advertised is appropriate for family households.
    Ad content does not conflict with existing advertisers on the same card.
  1. Ad Content and Approval
    All ad submissions must be provided by the stated deadline and are subject to Stark Thrives’ approval.

    We reserve the right to reject any content we deem inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or non-compliant with postal regulations.

    Edits and revisions may be requested by Stark Thrives to meet design standards or formatting limitations.

  1. Design Services
    Basic ad design is included with the advertising fee.

    You may supply your own print-ready artwork, subject to specifications provided by Stark Thrives.

    Up to two rounds of revisions are included at no additional cost.

  1. Payments and Refunds
    Full payment is required to reserve your ad space.

    Payments are non-refundable unless Stark Thrives cancels the mailing or cannot fulfill your ad placement due to capacity or design conflicts.

    If you fail to submit required content by the stated deadline, your ad may be omitted without refund.

  1. Distribution
    Postcards are mailed to approximately 10,000 middle-to-upper income households in Stark County, as determined by current mailing routes and demographic targeting.

    While we strive for timely and accurate delivery, Stark Thrives is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or address inaccuracies caused by the U.S. Postal Service.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    Stark Thrives is not liable for:

    The success or effectiveness of your ad campaign.

    Lost business or revenue from undelivered or misprinted materials.

    Technical or printing errors beyond our control.

  1. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or by request.
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio.
